How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard blinds and shades are normally delivered two weeks after your order is processed. Delivery time for tailored Roman shades is three weeks, and for custom shutters it is six to eight weeks.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders shipped to addresses in the 48 continental United States:

  • No additional cost for standard sized blinds.
  • $85 shipping charge for all blinds over 102" in width or height.

Orders shipped to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii:

  • $65 shipping charge for standard sized blinds.
  • $145 shipping charge for all blinds over 102" in width or height.
How do I obtain samples of Bali window treatments?

The color that I want to order a sample of says "Not Available." How can I order a sample of that color?

Does manufacturing apply deductions to measurements?

Inside Mount: Manufacturing will apply deductions to all window treatments specified as inside mount. This is done to ensure the blind or shade will fit properly inside your window opening and that it will operate correctly. The deductions applied vary by product line.

Outside Mount: No deductions are applied to window treatments specified as outside mount. Window treatment will be manufactured to size specifications provided.

How do I clean my Bali window treatments?

Can the bottomrail warning label be removed?

Please do not remove the warning label. It is mandated by the federal government and is not intended for removal. Additionally, removing the label may damage your blind or shade.

What if I receive my order damaged or incorrect?

If I am not satisfied with my blind or shade, can I exchange it?

How do I cancel my order?

Why is my shopping cart empty?
  • Blinds and shades are automatically deleted after 7 days unless you log in to your account or register. After you log in, your cart is kept for 30 days.
  • Swatches are automatically deleted after 7 days.
  • Deleting your browser’s cookies also removes blinds and shades (except for logged-in accounts) and swatches from your cart.
Does Springs Window Fashions manufacture any brands other than Bali?

Yes, the Springs Window Fashions family of brands includes Bali, Graber, SWFcontract, and MechoSystems window treatments.
